HelloStamped is run by one person, not a support department. Most things below you can fix yourself in under a minute. For everything else there is an email address at the bottom, and it is read.
You cannot get into your account
There is no password to reset — signing in works by emailing you a link, so if you can open your email you can get in. Go to sign in and ask for a new link. Each one works once and expires after fifteen minutes, so an old link in your inbox will not work; request a fresh one.
If you have lost access to the email address itself there is no automatic way back in, and that is on purpose. A “recover my account another way” route is exactly how accounts get stolen, and the people targeting this community are good at it. Write to the address below from any address and say what happened.
Somebody is trying to scam you
If money has already moved, your bank and reportfraud.ftc.gov come first — we cannot recover it and they sometimes can.
To get it off HelloStamped: open the post and use Report, choosing “Scam or fraud”. Those go to the top of the queue. If it is not a post — an advertisement, a deal, somebody’s referral link — email below and say where you saw it.
Warning other people is worth doing too: post a scam report so the next person searching for that company’s name finds your account of it.
Your post was removed
Open the post. The reason a moderator gave is on it, in their own words — not a policy code. If you think it was a mistake, use Ask for another look on the same screen. It goes back into the queue above new reports and you are told the outcome either way, usually within a day.
The rules themselves are the community guidelines — six of them, and a removal always names the one it broke.
You want your data deleted
Settings has two separate buttons, and you can use either without the other. Delete this and stop personalising removes everything you told us about your visa situation and leaves the account. Delete account removes the account itself. Both happen immediately — there is no waiting period and no email asking you to reconsider.
One thing deletion does not do: the questions and answers you wrote stay, shown as written by “a member who left”. That is so a thread somebody relied on does not develop holes when one person leaves. If you need a specific post gone as well, ask below and it will be removed.

Something here is wrong
A guide with an out-of-date rule, an answer that cites the wrong form, a deadline that does not match what USCIS says — those matter more than a typo, because somebody may act on them.
On an assistant answer, use Report this answer as wrong or out of date. On a guide or a post, email below with the address of the page. Include what it says and what it should say if you know; a correction with a source attached gets fixed the same day.
Writing to a human
One person reads that inbox. Expect an answer within two days, and longer over a weekend. If it is urgent because money is moving or somebody is in danger, say so in the subject line — and contact your bank or the police first, because they can act and we cannot.

HelloStamped cannot give you legal advice, cannot contact USCIS on your behalf, and cannot tell you what will happen in your case. What it can do is show you the rule, say where it came from, and say when it was last checked.
