If a deal, an offer, or a community post names your company and gets a fact wrong, say which page and what is wrong, with evidence. Factual errors get fixed; honest first-hand accounts from members stay up.
A factual error backed by evidence is corrected within two days; everything else gets an answer within five working days.

Each button opens your own email app with the address and subject filled in. If nothing opens, the address is printed right here — copy it into Gmail or whatever you use. Your message travels as ordinary email from your mailbox to ours; HelloStamped stores nothing, issues no ticket number, and your proof of sending is your own Sent folder. The reply comes back as a plain email from the same address.
Who you are writing to
HelloStamped is run and owned by one person, based in the United States. There is no office, and no street address is published here — this site serves people who are targeted by impersonators, and its operator is a private individual. A postal address for legal service is provided on request through the address above, and is included in every advertising agreement.
